while using our apps would be collected.

We ask that you not send us, and you not to
disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g.,
information related to racial or ethnic
origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health,
sexual orientation, criminal background or
membership in past organizations, including trade
union memberships) on or through an
Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.
Information we get from your use of our
services
● Unique application numbers
- Certain services include a unique application number. This
number and information about your
installation (for example, the operating system type
and application version number)

Device-specific information such as your hardware model and
operating system version.
● Anonymous identifiers - we
use anonymous identifiers when you interact with services
such as advertising services and others.
Third party sites
In general, the Applications, the Services
and the Site access third party information (such as
your Facebook account information) through
application interfaces. We may provide links to
third-party Web sites, such as Facebook,
as a service to our Users. The Site may also carry
advertisements from other companies. When
you click on links of third parties in an Application,
the Services or the Site, you may leave
the Application, the Services or the Site. Some of these
third party sites may be co-branded with
our name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even
though they are not operated or maintained
by us. This Policy does not address, and we are not
responsible for, the privacy practices of
Web sites operated by third parties, whether they are
linked to or otherwise accessible from an
Application, the Services or the Site. The inclusion of a
link or accessibility of third-party
Websites does not imply endorsement of such third party
Website by us.
Advertisement in application
Ads appearing on our apps may be delivered
to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the
ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online
advertisement to compile non-personal identification information about you or
others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among
other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most
interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any
advertisers. Advertisements in our applications could
be errors in the programming and sometime programming
errors may cause unwanted side effects.
Non-Personal information
We may collect and use non-personal
information in the following circumstances. To have a
better understanding in user’s behavior,
solve problems in products and services, improve our
products, services and advertising, we may
collect non-personal information such as installed
application name and package name, the
data of install, frequency of use, country, equipment
and channel.
Users with whom you share your information
We cannot control the actions of other
Users with whom you share your information. We cannot,
and do not, control the information you
share with other Users using an Application, the
Services or the Site (including via
Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such
information. We are not responsible for
third party circumvention of our security measures.
Security
We are very concerned about safeguarding
the confidentiality of your information. We do not
collect Personal Information, and we
employ administrative, physical and electronic measures
designed to protect your Non-Personal
Information from unauthorized access and use. Please
be aware that no security measures that we
take to protect your information is absolutely
guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or
use of your Non-Personal Information which is
impenetrable.

BMIT MOB (“BMIT MOB” OR “WE” OR “US“) MAKES AVAILABLE BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE AND ANY OTHER WEBSITES OF BMIT MOB (COLLECTIVELY, THE “WEBSITE”), AND THE SERVICE AND APPLICATIONS DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING USING THE SERVICES AND RESOURCES AVAILABLE OR ENABLED VIA THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATIONS (THE “SERVICE”), DOWNLOADING THE BMIT MOB SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS FOR MOBILE DEVICES (EACH, AN “APPLICATION”, AND COLLECTIVELY, THE “APPLICATIONS”), COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, AND/OR MERELY BROWSING THE WEBSITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS, (2) YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH BMIT MOB, AND (3) YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THE TERMS PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY YOU HAVE NAMED AS THE CUSTOMER, AND TO BIND THAT COMPANY TO THE TERMS. THE TERM “YOU” REFERS TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY, AS APPLICABLE, IDENTIFIED AS THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU REGISTERED ON THE WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS WEBSITE OR THE SERVICE.
IF YOU SUBSCRIBE TO THE SERVICES FOR A TERM (THE “INITIAL TERM”), THEN THE TERMS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FOR ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF THE SAME DURATION AS THE INITIAL TERM AT BMIT MOB’S THEN-CURRENT FEE FOR SUCH SERVICES UNLESS YOU DECLINE TO RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 6.5 BELOW.
THE TERMS OF USE REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMIT THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY BMIT MOB IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME. When changes are made, BMIT MOB will make a new copy of the Terms of Service available at the Website. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms. If we make any material changes, and you have registered to use the Service, we will also send an email to you at the last e-mail address you provided to us pursuant to the Terms. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately for new users of the Website or Service and for any other users who expressly agree to them. Otherwise, such changes will be effective thirty (30) days after the posting of notice of such changes on the Website for existing users, provided that any material changes shall be effective for users who have a registered account on the Website (each, a “Registered User”) upon the earlier of thirty (30) days after the posting of notice of such changes on the Website or thirty (30) days after dispatch of an email notice of such changes to Registered Users. BMIT MOB may require you to agree to the updated Agreement in a manner specified before further use of the Website or the Service is permitted. If you do not agree to any change(s) after receiving a notice of such change(s), you shall stop using the Website and/or the Service. Otherwise, your continued use of the Website and/or Service constitutes your acceptance of such change(s). PLEASE REGULARLY CHECK THE WEBSITE TO VIEW THE THEN-CURRENT AGREEMENT.
Service Description
BMIT MOB offers a variety of tools, applications, web services and widgets that allows users to capture, control and manage data and messages on your electronic devices. You can use the Service to intercept messages, move files from one storage location on your device to a restricted storage location, and create backup copies of your data
Use of the Service and BMIT MOB Properties
BMIT MOB and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Application, the Software, the Website, the Service, and the information and content available on or through the foregoing (collectively, the “BMIT MOB Properties”). BMIT MOB Properties are protected by copyright laws throughout the world. Subject to the Terms, BMIT MOB grants you a limited license to reproduce portions of the BMIT MOB Properties for the sole purpose of using the BMIT MOB Properties for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless otherwise specified by c in a separate license, your right to use any BMIT MOB Properties is subject to the Terms. BMIT MOB and its licensors reserve all rights not granted in these Terms.
Application License
Application License. Subject to your compliance with the Terms, BMIT MOB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install and use a copy of the Application on a single mobile device or computer that you own or control and to run such copy of the Application solely for your own personal use. Furthermore, with respect to any Application accessed through or downloaded from the Apple App Store (an “App Store Sourced Application”), you will only use the App Store Sourced Application (i) on an Apple-branded product that runs the iOS (Apple’s proprietary operating system) and (ii) as permitted by the “Usage Rules” set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Registering Your Account
In order to access certain features of the BMIT MOB Properties, you may be required to become a Registered User. For purposes of the Terms, a “Registered User” is a user who has registered an account on the Application (“Account”).
Registration Data
In registering for the Service, you agree to (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (the “Registration Data”); and (2) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You represent that you are (1) at least sixteen (16) years old; (2) of legal age to form a binding contract; and (3) not a person barred from using the Service under the laws of the United States, your place of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction. You agree that you shall monitor your Account to restrict use by minors, and you will accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the BMIT MOB Properties by minors. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or BMIT MOB has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, BMIT MOB has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the BMIT MOB Properties (or any portion thereof). You agree not to create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself. You agree that you shall not have more than one Account per platform at any given time. BMIT MOB reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, claims by a third party that a username violates the third party’s rights. You agree not to create an Account or use the BMIT MOB Properties if you have been previously removed by BMIT MOB, or if you have been previously banned from the Service.
Activities Under Your Account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You may not share your Account or password with anyone, and you agree to (1) notify BMIT MOB immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security; and (2) exit from your Account at the end of each session.
User Conduct
As a condition of use, you agree not to use the BMIT MOB Properties for any purpose that is prohibited by the Terms or by applicable law. You shall not (and shall not permit any third party) either (a) to take any action or (b) Make Available any Content on or through the Website and the Service that: (i) infringes or violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, contractual right, right of publicity or other right of any person or entity; (ii) violates any acceptable use or other information technology policy that may apply to your use of any computer system or network; (iii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, obscene, offensive, or profane; (iv) constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail; (v) involves commercial activities and/or sales without BMIT MOB’s prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; (vi) impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of BMIT MOB; or (vii) is inappropriate in any other manner that BMIT MOB determines in its sole, reasonable discretion.
*Fees and Purchase Terms
General Purpose of Terms: Sale of Service, not Software
The purpose of the Terms is for you to secure access to the Services. All fees set forth within and paid by you under the Terms shall be considered solely in furtherance of this purpose. In no way are these fees paid considered payment for the sale, license, or use of BMIT MOB’s Software or Application, and, furthermore, any use of BMIT MOB’s Software or Application by you in furtherance of the Terms will be considered merely in support of the purpose of the Terms.
Payment
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. BMIT MOB collects payments through a limited number of payment services (“Payment Provider”). You must provide BMIT MOB with valid account information for the respective chosen Payment Provider. Your Payment Provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card or other payment method, and you must refer to that agreement and not the Terms to determine your rights and liabilities. By providing BMIT MOB with your payment information, you agree that BMIT MOB is authorized to immediately invoice your Account for all fees and charges due and payable to BMIT MOB hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify BMIT MOB of any change in payment credentials for payment hereunder. BMIT MOB reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately upon posting on the Website or by e-mail delivery to you.
Service Subscription Fees
You will be responsible for payment of the applicable fee for any Services (each, a “Service Subscription Fee”) at the time you create your Account and select the term of your subscription (each, a “Service Commencement Dat”). Except as set forth in the Terms, all fees for the Services are non-refundable. No contract will exist between you and BMIT MOB for the Services until BMIT MOB or the Payment Provider, for example Apple or Google, accepts your order by a confirmatory e-mail, SMS/MMS message, or other appropriate means of communication.
Taxes
BMIT MOB’s fees are net of any applicable Sales Tax. If any Service, or payments for any Service, are subject to Sales Tax in any jurisdiction and you have not remitted the applicable Sales Tax to BMIT MOB, you will be responsible for the payment of such Sales Tax and any related penalties or interest to the relevant tax authority and you will indemnify BMIT MOB for any liability or expense we may incur in connection with such Sales Taxes. Upon our request, you will provide us with official receipts issued by the appropriate taxing authority, or such other evidence that you have paid all applicable taxes. For purposes of this section, “Sales Tax” shall mean any sales or use tax, and any other tax measured by sales proceeds, that BMIT MOB its permitted to pass to its customers that is the functional equivalent of a sales tax where the applicable taxing jurisdiction does not otherwise impose a sales or use tax.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with the Terms. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically commence on the first day following the end of such period (each a “Renewal Commencement Date”) and continue for an additional equivalent period, at BMIT MOB’s then-current price for such subscription. You agree that your Account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the Renewal Commencement Date by logging into and going to the “Manage App Subscriptions” page in the Apple App Store or the “My Apps” page in the Google Play Store app. The same page will permit you to change your Account settings if you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then- current subscription period. By subscribing, you authorize BMIT MOB to charge your Payment Provider now, and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period. Upon renewal of your subscription, if BMIT MOB does not receive payment from your Payment Provider, (i) you agree to pay all amounts due on your Account upon demand, and/or (ii) you agree that BMIT MOB may either terminate or suspend your subscription and continue to attempt to charge your Payment Provider until payment is received (upon receipt of payment, your Account will be reactivated and for purposes of automatic renewal, your new subscription commitment period will begin as of the day payment was received).
